Graphic Submission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and efficient printing process, please follow our graphic submission guidelines. Ensure all files are properly named and updated in all layouts, with the correct file extension name (e.g. .eps, .tif, .ai, .psd, etc.). Provide high-resolution digital files with a minimum resolution of 100 dpi at final size, and 200 dpi at 50%, 400 dpi at 25%.

Upload Your Files

Uploading your files is easy and convenient. Simply follow the instructions on our website and upload your files to our secure server. For FTP uploads, include a low-res PDF proof for each layout.

Bleeds and Stitching

To ensure a professional finish, please provide a 1/2” bleed on each of the 4 sides, as well as accurate crop marks for trimming. Additionally, keep text or logos a minimum of 2” clear of edges to avoid stitching, as the Velcro perimeter is sewn to the graphic, allowing it to be attached to the frame.

Proofs and Color

Dye Sub 24” x 24” fabric proofs of your image are available. Please allow an additional 3 days for job completion. PDF proofs are available free of charge. For critical colors, specify PANTONE (PMS colors) and use the 'Solid Coated' Library. Please note that exact color matches are not always possible. When creating 4-color rich black, we recommend 60%C, 40%M, 40%Y, 100%K.
